My poor car
Two things happened to my car this week:1) It reached 75,000 miles on Monday, and still going strong (although I'm currently driving around with the check engine light on). Go car!
2) It got broken into while parked at 8th and Mission tonight. Lesson learned: ALWAYS detach the faceplate to your after-market stereo, no matter how cheap it is.
My stereo was given to me as a Christmas present from my brother a couple of years ago. ARGH! The bastard who is installing my stereo in his/her car right now forgot to take the remote control and the faceplate case while he/she was at it.
And murphy's law applies, I accidentally stepped on the broke glass inside my car and cut my foot. =(
